Ah, Mike, this is great. I feel like we all need a dose of these kind of memories and reflections these days. As a lifelong South Texan, I was an Astros fan. But I remember as kid growing up in San Antonio, the Dodgers had sent Fernando Valenzuela to the AAA Missions for a rehab assignment or something. I think he might have spent a week or so down here on the farm, but I remember him staying every night until everyone who wanted an autograph was able to get one. Great read, Mike.
