No doubt that he has his points but I think you have to make an example all the way down the chain. Local District Attorneys offices, law enforcement, investigators, everyone in the chain have to be dealt with. There seems like there is just too much ambiguity in the entire system and I think that's what we are seeing and still nobody is really addressing it.
