Thank you for reading the article! So, from what I have seen the divide seems to be around 60-65% of refined crude is domestic. The rest is foreign oil. However, I was told that this can change from month to month and year over year. Some years you can flip that number around. When I reached out to the EIA this is what they told me anyhow.
